In this session we will discover the power of Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) as a method to facilitate cultural transformation projects. In particular, you will learn:

• How to identify, mobilise and engage your organisation to achieve successful cultural change.
• The surprising value of early adopters, hidden influencers and informal networks in ensuring traction.

The session will include case examples of how ONA has aided culture transformation.

The session will be led by Jeppe Vilstrup Hansgaard, CEO of Innovisor, a global leader in the practical application of organisational network diagnostics and algorithmic thinking to the change management discipline. He has gained his +20 years of practical experience in Asia, Europe, and the US from organisations, such as LEGO, BP, UN, and Caterpillar. He has been featured in Wall Street Journal, BBC, and Forbes. Jeppe – a citizen of Denmark – has earned his MBA from Henley Business School in UK, which he has supplemented with executive courses from Stanford School of Professional Development in USA.
